J.R. Sullivan TheaterIn the form of break out groups and a panel, we will address grief, trauma, depression and anxiety. Please join us October 15th at the Rockford Public Library Nordlof Center from 12-3pm.
Mental Health can be a very difficult topic to discuss, but it is important that we do. There are misconceptions about mental health, and we need to break those down. This forum will address the misconceptions, provide resources and tools for those in need, and bring awareness to mental health as its effects on society have increased over the years.

About the library
The facility at 118 N. Main St. in Rockford spans 30,000 square feet and serves as a versatile space for performances, classes, community gatherings, cultural events, and technology training across the region. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Inside, you'll find the J.R. Sullivan Theater with 280 seats, the Black Box Theater with 60 seats, several meeting and classroom spaces, and the 15 station Walmart Computer Classroom.
