In the form of break out groups and a panel, we will address grief, trauma, depression and anxiety. Please join us October 15th at the Rockford Public Library Nordlof Center from 12-3pm.

This forum will address the misconceptions, provide resources and tools for those in need, and bring awareness to mental health as its effects on society have increased over the years.
