I Love the Library Drawing

A heart cut out with a printed phrase saying "I love the library because..." will be provided to guests at the reference desk located in the young adult and adult services area.
Beginning February 1st 2023, young adults ages 13-19 and adults 20+ are invited to complete a heart cut-out answering why they love the library.
On February 24th a drawing will occur. One young adult winner and one adult winner will take home a goody bag to include, a reduced fine coupon, if applicable, a gift card, and a free book.

About the library
The 36,000 sq.ft. Hart Interim Library opened Dec. 2, 2017 and serves as the Rockford Public Library’s main downtown facility. The newly renovated space boasts a 2nd story Children’s Area with dedicated computer lab, Read, Play, Learn program room, and creative play space, a Maker Lab with access to 3D printers and scanners and small board computers a sizable Young Adult Zone with gaming center, adult computer lab, local history room, and 5 private meeting and study rooms accommodating groups of 2-8 people.
