RPL is back at our city's Pride Celebrations on June 7th! Be on the lookout for our Mobile Library in the parade and visit our booth at the Pride Alley Party to check out our swag, stickers, library books, raffle baskets, and more!
Rockford Area Pride Parade Kicks Off at 12:00pm at the intersection of East State Street and Charles Street, proceeding westward along East State Street. It will then cross the picturesque Rock River and conclude at Wyman Street. Public viewing areas line the entire route, providing ample space for spectators to enjoy the festivities.
Rockford Pride Alley Party runs from 1:00pm to 9:00pm and is an electrifying annual celebration of LGBTQIA+ pride, community, and life. This event features vendors, live entertainment, dazzling drag performances, delicious food, music, and an inclusive atmosphere where everyone can be their authentic selves.
